At ONANM, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for both our auto dealership and e-commerce products as well as IT, technology, and cybersecurity services.


1. Returns (Vehicles and Auto Parts)

  • Eligibility: Auto parts may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized parts, special-order items, and vehicles (once registered or delivered) cannot be returned.
  • Inspection: Returned parts will be inspected before approval. Damaged or used items may not qualify for a refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

2. Exchanges

  • We will exchange defective or incorrect auto parts at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Vehicle exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and dealer terms.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees, delivery costs, and service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For vehicles, deposits and down payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

4. Service Cancellations (IT, Tech & Cybersecurity Services)

  • Appointments: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Service Contracts: For ongoing IT, technology, or cybersecurity services, refunds will be issued only for unused portions of prepaid service, less any applicable administrative fees.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Completed consultations, project work, or digital solutions already delivered are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
